Protection of privacy

1. PREAMBLE

Marche à suivre is fully aware of the importance you place on the protection of your personal data. Marche à suivre places the utmost importance on respecting your privacy and takes all necessary measures to protect the confidentiality of your personal data. The detailed provisions below are intended to inform you about the way in which Marche à suivre collects information following registration, purchase and/or request for information on its website. These conditions are to be interpreted in conjunction with our "GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS" and "LEGAL INFORMATION". In the event of contradictions between the two documents, the GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS shall take precedence.

  • "PRODUCT" refers to the product for sale on the website, the MARCHEASUIVRE.BE website located at www.marcheasuivret.be;
  • "CUSTOMER" means the person who orders the products via the website www.marcheasuivre.be;
  • "RECIPIENT" means the person designated by the customer to receive the product;
  • "VISITOR", means a person who connects to the website www.marcheasuivret.be and consults the options offered.

Marche à suivre makes every effort to provide the highest standards of service and for this purpose, it must collect certain information about the Customer and the recipient; As part of this collection, Marche à suivre is committed to protecting the privacy of Customers and Recipients and respecting the principles determined by Directive 2002/58/EC on the processing of personal data and the protection of privacy in the electronic communications sector.
